KSA (KAPSARC)
Developed as a community and
residential hub for the researchers
of KAPSARC by SAUDI ARAMCO
and named after the late King
Abdullah.
Designed by HOK the façade for
the project consists of good
mixed of systems and materials
ranging from stick curtain wall,
special curtain wall, louvres,
windows, shop fronts, channel
glass systems to stainless steel
free form roof systems.
Samba Bank Head Quarters (KSA)
Located in the King Abdullah Financial District
stands a very prominent building designed by
Fosters and Partners. The headquarters for
SAMBA Bank.
The façade is a unique and complex 3D
uitised system
Designed by Fosters and Partners,
at 88 stories and 382m height is
the tallest in Abu Dhabi. The
façade is designed as a uitised
system consisting of both single
and double skin.
Façade quantity: ~ 164, 000m2
Pentominium (Dubai)
When completed will the tallest
luxury residential building in Dubai
standing above 500m in height and
second to Burj Khalifa.
The façade is designed as a uitised
system for quick speedy delivery of
a quality façade.

feature of the façade is the
cone shaped façade which
required 3D modelling
Designed by RSP, it is modelled
against the rough-cut surface of
rocks, the façade is a multi-faceted
glass skin with laminated glass
held by pressure plates to steel
mullions. The project consists of 6
blocks cladded with non-
symmetrical oversize glass.
