Briefing: Had done my internship at Bosch Limited, Adugodi Bangalore for a period of a month in June 2012. This one month has given me a glimpse of how a Manufacturing industry Functions. Had an exposure toward the functioning of different departments. (Majorly towards the HR Dept.)
Had an opportunity to take part in the selection of apprentices for the vocational center. Have exposure to all aspects in training workmen in a manufacturing giant like Bosch.

Title: Major Project on "Effectiveness of Training".
Organization: Automotive Axles Ltd, Mysore.
Briefing: Did my Research on the topic "Effectiveness of Training and Development" in
Automotive Axles Ltd in Mysore for a period of six weeks in third semester. In this Span of six weeks I
was trained on various areas of HR like Training and development, Recruitment, Learning and
Development, Compensation and benefits, Talent Management, Skill matrix calendar and entries etc,
How to manage work life balance. These six weeks contributed a lot to the development of my
personality and also to my career.
Co-curricular Activities: • Was awarded as the 2nd best communicator from "D'wec Training Institute" during graduation.
• Organized a mass Fun Fair in college (district level) as a team leader in graduation.
• Participated in many cultural State level and National level activities and also won prizes in 2009
• Participated in many Management Fests at different colleges and Won Prizes during 2008-2010
