DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Review plan drawings in accordance with specifications, Bill of quantity (BOQ), codes and
standards. Conduct activities and inspection in accordance with Project Quality Assurance
Manual and Quality Control Inspection Plan.
* Monitor daily discipline activities and verify compliance to project procedures, specifications
and standards.
* Identify quality problems, reject non-conforming items and initiate, recommend or provide
solutions to the problems with customer’s sanction/approvals through designated channels.
* Prepare Quality Control Inspection Plan to get approval from client Inspection activities.
* Clear view with Project specification, Design and Engineering practices (DEP) to work initiate.
* Follow Issued for construction drawings to site work executions.
* Monitor work activities as per project schedule, work distractions to clear, notice by Site
technical query for client engineering comments.
* Preparation of shop drawings with respect to the site conditions.
* Update with General arrangement drawing, Installation typical drawings, Field instruction and
As-built of all changes in state regulations regarding to standards.
* Installation of field Instrument equipment’s as per piping & instrumentation (P&ID), hook-up
drawings and air flow diagrams etc.
* Initiate issuance of NCR of Non-Conforming activities and DSR of daily surveillance report and
site observations and follow up for the close-out.
* Coordinating with vendors and Client regarding Inspection avoid inconvenience of work
progress and target planes.
* Study of international standard and incorporate with the project standards to have a better
resolution and output of task.
* Coordinate with Construction team to mark up drawing for Field changes notices.
* Close-out the punch items in coordination with Construction supervisor to attain good quality
of work.
* Has a good working knowledge of permit to work system (PTW) and Testing permits.
* Has a good working knowledge of hazardous area classification zone (Ex) and safety factors.
* Exposures in work permit system and safety.
