1- Overseeing planning of proposals and contract administration; Ensuring that all parties involved in the contract comply with owner specifications, legal, and other requirements.
2- In charge of all activities related to Tenders and quotations, besides, the claims handling process.
3- Drafting and scrutinizing terms and conditions of the contract between the company and Subcontractors.
4- Documenting and reviewing contract terms and conditions; preparing client contracts; Negotiating contract terms and conditions with internal and external.
5- Review the terms and conditions of the Tender document and Insurance Policies.
6- Involve in the activities of Pre-award and post-award of the tender document.
7- In charge of claims with loss adjuster e.g. Sedgwick, Charles Taylor Adjusting, and Matthews Daniel Bermuda.

10- Review payment applications for Subcontractors and follow up with the same.
11- Preparing and drafting letters to Subcontractors daily
12- Drafting, preparing, and reviewing all letters and draft proposals (in both languages English and Arabic)
13- In charge of organizing the Claim Review Team in the company.

16- Coordinate with all departments for new updates associated with claims and report the same to management.
1- Managing the bidding process between contractors and suppliers to secure the best offers; coordinating contractual issues with a company's procurement and legal department.
2- Identify the gaps and areas of development to select the appropriate contracting strategy and affirming that the tender documents are correct and completely prepared and sent out to prospective business partners.
• Review the terms and conditions of the contract and coordinate with Legal Department.
• Authorized representative of the contract division and (Member of CLRC) Claim Review Committee to decide on claims or disputes raised by contractors.
• Drafting, preparing and reviewing EPC contracts and tenders related to Company business (especially those related to Insurance terms and conditions, services, construction and procurement projects including a variety of scopes).
• Follow up pre-award and post award activities related to Tenders applying Chevron process. (Opportunities, Alternatives, Selections, Execution and Operation);
• Drafting, preparing and reviewing all letters and draft proposals (in both languages English and Arabic) related to the Partitioned Zone throughout the period between shutdown of operations in May 2015 and startup of operations in July 2020
• Following up and providing contractual consultations with respect to all contracting litigation cases filed against or by Chevron (reaching 127 cases lately) in coordination with the three Chevron law firms, the Legal Department of Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC)
• Analyze and evaluate the potential risks involved with Contracts and Insurance Policies prior to signing the Contracts with Clients (Contractors &suppliers and vendors).
• In charge of all Insurance Requirements that relate to Contract division approval such as Construction and Service type of contracts, Workmen compensation, Employer liability, Professional insurance, Automobile insurance, Third party insurance, All risk insurance, Waiver of subrogation, Cross liability and indemnity clauses.
1- Develop the terms and conditions of the contract proposals to support organizational goals
2- Analyze potential risks involved with the terms and conditions of the contracts to avoid potential claims.
3- Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget
4- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described in the contracts are met
5- Scrutinize the terms and conditions of Construction and service contracts and other legal lawsuits
6- Working in various Insurance cases and settlement of commercial disputes
7- Drafting and reviewing adhesion contracts such as; (Construction contracts, Service contracts, Insurance contracts, employment contracts, and Subcontract Agreements.
8- Involve in Mediation and Claims settlement between contractors and companies.
9- Review and scrutinize terms and conditions of Insurance policies for Projects
1- Revise and examine the requirements for contractors’ selection criteria Pre-qualification to accomplish desired goals and objectives; using available resources efficiently and effectively for the business.
2- Review the terms and conditions of the employment contracts and ensure the same is consistent with regulations and local laws.
3- Company representative in the Middle East, commission-based-commercial transactions of services as well as involved in settlement disputes.
