Duties and Responsibilities: Whilst working as a Project Manager I was required to provide support on core business
activities such as bidding, negotiation, survey management and other commercial issues and improvement projects,
Control and manage a number of projects to ensure that we as a company were complying with the requirements of the client in the field, as well as the daily organization of the field activities I controlled and managed a majority of the critical
activities been conducted,
I was also in close contact with all the clients to Serve as focal point for all client communication ensuring that their needs were executed to the highest standard, participating in monthly and annual client KPI, project review meetings to ensure that the performance of our company was at a level the client required,
Prepare internal & external project reports,
Execute & manage Lessons Learned program at the project level.
Duties and Responsibilities: Whilst working as a Heavy Lift Engineer, reporting directly to the project director on the Saudi Aramco, Jazan Project in KSA, I was primarily assigned to the Heavy Lift Department to manage the lifting activities, planning, lifting budgets and scope by Sarens crane company for the heavy lift schedule to be conducted and to also manage the
execution of the lifts themselves, ensuring that they were carried out as per the schedule and in a safe manner, also during the project I participated in Supplying contractor input for Storage Tanks, Pumps, Pipelines, Utilities and Infrastructure
(Power Distribution, Buildings & Roads). During the EPC Project I also managed the planning and construction of the
pipe-rack modules and installation of the equipment before scheduled transportation to site via SPMT heavy haul transport, ensuring that all came within budget and on time, (this was achieved 45 days ahead of schedule),
Also ensured that a number of training sessions were conducted for contractors on site to get them to a recognized standard within the industry and Saudi Aramco.
Duties and Responsibilities: Whilst working as a senior rigging/lifting Engineer I was seconded to TAQA Global to work
alongside the engineering team for all heavy lifting and modularized transportation applications for the construction of an oil & gas processing facility including the Budgeting, Scheduling, planning of all lifting Activities, also produce relevant procedures and
documentation for all rigging and lifting scopes,
After completion of the office based activities I moved onto the construction phase of the Atrush project in Kurdistan Iraq,
My duties included but not limited to, the overall Budgeting, planning, co-ordination and management of all heavy lifting
activities site wide, Oversee the main contractor and sub-contractor’s personnel to ensure they perform and work to an
international recognized standard and maintain a high level of HSE performance, (personal training was performed where
needed to bring contractors work-force up to a recognized international safety standard).
Duties and Responsibilities: Whilst working as a lifting Authority / Project Engineer in the Rumaila field Iraq I was
responsible for the management of all rigging teams engaged in rigging operations throughout the field, after completion of the major works I was assigned to the campaign maintenance team to schedule shutdown works where I continued to manage the development of the work schedules and budgeting of the project, including the competency management for the contracting companies, training of local labor, management and co-ordination of BPs crane contracts (Sarens cranes and ALE), also provide technical advice / input for contractor lifting operations, and produce detailed lifting plans / risk assessments and engineering
drawings.
