As Recruitment Officer
- Handles various accounts such as healthcare, hospitality, and retail sectors in Qatar
- Manages end to end recruitment process
- Sources candidates of different nationalities via different methods such as job portals, referrals, social networks based on the manpower requisition of the clients
- Creates job advertisements that attract job seekers and places them in social networking sites
- Reviews / Evaluates CVs based on the qualification requirement of the clients or as per Professional Qualification Requirement of Supreme Council of Health, Qatar for healthcare positions such as Physicians, Dental Specialists, Nurses, and Allied Health Practitioners
- Endorses CVs of potential candidates for the vacant positions to the clients - Directors, General Managers
- Arranges personal or Skype interviews by coordinating schedules

- Coordinates with agencies for the successful candidate's medical examination arrangement and documentations formalities prior to deployment
- Coordinates with the clients for the successful candidate's visa application and travel details
- Prepares recruitment-related monitoring process / reports
- Answers inquiries by e-mail or phone with regards to recruitment process and documents needed prior to deployment
As Medical Licensing Officer
- Organizes files for the application of Supreme Council of Health, Qatar Evaluation and Licensing which include hard copies as well as soft copies for the electronic encoding of the data / details of the applicants such as Physicians, Dental Specialists, Nurses, and Allied Health Practitioners
- Follows up with the applicants updated documents such as CV, education, work experience, and references as per requirement of SCH, Qatar
- Evaluates the documents one by one to confirm qualification as per Supreme Council of Health, Qatar
- Arranges trainings such as Immediate Life Support (ILS) for nurses by coordinating with the training provider
Administered the pre-employment test. Responsible for the pre-screening of the applicants or scheduling of the applicants. Responsible for background check or reference check. Responsible for other HR related tasks such as database management and filing.
