Responsibilities: • Ensure Queries coming through Customer Care Centre channels are handled within laid down turnaround time's processes and procedures to achieve customer's satisfaction
• Ensure that all Customer enquiries/complaints are recorded on the CRM and all further communication with the Customer is correctly updated on the CRM
• Maintain and build strong customer relationship with customers
• Ensure that all issues are escalated and resolved within the set Turn Around Time
• Contribute to meeting our company's budget by growing revenues and reducing costs through customer retention and recommendation
• Sales lead generation by Up selling and cross selling other packages to clients
• Deal with mail correspondence, writing of letters/proposals
• Send daily, weekly and monthly CRM performance report for my team
• Think of more innovations to implement that makes work better and profitable
