 Prepare monthly staff salary, letter, memo, form, notice, email and tax invoice.
 Coordinate travel arrangements like air ticket of the staff and General Manager
 Perform data entry in database systems either manually or using a computer, printing, scanning and mailing.
 Handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits.
 Maintain office supplies like stationery and entertainment expenses.
 Follow up with tenant for renewal, all delayed payments and bounced cheques as per company policy.
 Prepare documents for filing legal case and forward to Legal Advisor for further processing.
 Record all tenant maintenance requests and forward to Maintenance Supervisor.
 Prepare cheques for deposit and make cheque for all deadline office and property expenses.
 Daily monitoring and updating of Bayut ads, Dubizzle ads and Company website.
