and Prepare Claims.

- Job Description:
 Contract Management:
• Read all the necessary Contractual Documents in conjunction with the Tender Documents.
• Take notes of any clauses that may arise conflicts or/and claims.
 Quantity Survey:
• Review the Take-off Quantities for all the project’s items (Civil, Arch, MEP and Fit-outs).
• Review the quantities submitted by the Contractor for each element of the Project.
• Check if the submitted quantities are within the range of addition/omission.
• Prepare and Price any VOs.
 Invoicing:
• Review the submitted Interim Payment Applications from the Contractor and verify its data in accordance with Work Progress and Materials Onsite.
 Monitoring:
• Notifying the Technical Office, if any missing data or changes in design affecting QS.
• Handle any problems or conflicts with the Employer to guarantee smooth flow of work operations.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Reporting to the QS Manager with the necessary data of Employer and Sub-contractors’ payments, Expired Contracts, Needed Contracts and Missing Items.

 Quantities take-off for all the project’s items (Civil, Arch, MEP and Fit-outs).
 Prioritize and allocate the QS department tasks to team members.
 Review all the sub-contracts before signing to avoid any conflict whilst invoicing.
 Coordination with Procurement and Contracts departments for any data needed.
 Prepare the Interim Payment Application to submit to the Employer.
 Review the Interim Payment Applications submitted by the Sub-contractors.
 Coordination with Cost Control department for Costs and Material allocation.
 Prepare the needed breakdowns for any VOs and estimate with Cost Engineer.
 Notifying the Technical Office, if any missing data or changes in design affecting QS.
 Handle any problems or conflicts with the Employer to guarantee smooth flow of work operations.
 Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
 Reporting to the QS Manager with the necessary data of Employer and Sub-contractors’ payments,
Expired Contracts, Needed Contracts and Missing Items.
 Manage, guide and monitor my team, including 4 on-site and 2 at HQ engineers, performance
and provide general technical assistance for their self-development.
 Prepare the QS Department Procedure in coordination with the QS Manager

 Reviewing the Received Design Drawings, BOQ and Specifications and Prepare the Necessary RFIs.
 Sub-contractors works monitoring and follow-up, including actual quantities survey, material wastage
calculations, production rates evaluation and Invoicing.
 Coordinate with the Head Office Procurement, Purchasing and Operation Departments to
Facilitate the Receiving, Submission and Approvals of the Necessary Materials.
 Preparing the Required Data for the PRs and POs and Follow-up the Data Entry on ERP System.
 Preparing all the necessary presentations and reports required due to client visits.
 Main Representative with the Engineer in all the Meetings and Presentations

 Planning, Scheduling and Schedule Updating Using Primavera P6.
 Create the Necessary Sequences for Work in Accordance with the On-site Equipment to Avoid Delays
and Breakdowns Also, to satisfy the Client’s Schedule.
 Review Engineering Works of Subcontractor and Provide Necessary Shop Drawings Using AutoCAD.
 Preparation of The Necessary Documents and Submitting to The Engineer
(Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, Materials Approval and Receiving Reports,
Daily and Monthly Reports, Procurement Charts and HSE Risk Assessments).
 Survey of Theoretical Quantities of Excavation, Concrete and Reinforcement Steel.
Also, the Actual Ones to be able to Control & Calculate the Over-consumptions.
 Follow Up Construction Procedure According to Approved Drawings and Specifications.
 Invoicing for Subcontractors and Client and Follow-up the Data Entry on ERP System.
 Formulation of over 200 Letters as cooperation with the Contracts Department.
 Involved in Project Controlling Procedures.
 Involved in QC. Inspections and Tests.
 Preparing counter-claim in reference to FIDIC (RED BOOK).
