Repairing and troubleshooting many Desktop PCs and Laptops in my neighborhood. includes formatting, installation of new hardwares, softwares, and also cleaning of computer units.
• Handling of different phone lines (Wires, DSL cables, etc.)
• Upgrading of PLDT modems firmware and units.
• Checking of telephone port lines if there is a defect or broken wires.
• Speed testing of the broadband connection of subscribers.

• Using of MS Excel for editing reports.
• Familiarization of different equipments used in the company.
• Familiarization of using different kinds of tools used in the Main Distribution Frame (MDF).
• Using of Remote Desktop for technical repairs.
Completed and Passed CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORKING ASSOCIATE EXAM (200-120) ROUTING AND SWITCHING WITH A SCORE OF 903 OVER 1000 POINTS
