Responsible for onsite breakdowns and repairs; completed a wide range of repairs on site by analyzing faults, identifying defective parts, replacing components, checking settings, replacing motor assembles, checking leak detectors, capacitors, repairing float switches and pressure switches, replacing generator belts, adjusting RPM, checking fire alarms and detectors, checking extinguishers, threading and fitting pipes on pumps, installing tyre meters, compressors and dispensers, conducting pressure tests with Nitrogen and preparing reports on work done; operated a Preventive Maintenance programme by checking for leaks, checking flow rates, calibrating meters and tyre meters, testing leak detector sensitivity, checking installations
Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of pumps, meters, volcanic heaters, marine arms, bottom/top loading arms, periodic check up of Cathodic protection system, repair and service of sprinkler and tank deluge system, pipeline and valve pressure testing, breakdown maintenance of Turbine Propelled injector, testing and servicing of Fire Fighting Equipments and participating in Emergency Response Plan. Handling of terminal operations, including loading for product delivery and discharge of tankers etc.
