Responsible for the startup of 107 MMSCFD natural gas liquefaction train production systems such as feed gas system, amine system(MDEA), dryer system(mole sieve dehydration system), Regeneration Gas Compressor (Sundyne Compressor) LNG system(Chart Energy & Chemical BAHX), MR system(7800kw Cameron 3stage Centrifugal Compressor), heating medium system(Zigma Thermal ), cooling medium system, Utility System and BOGC system(4stage Ariel Compressor). Communicate with power plant to startup ( 3x3.3 MW Jenbacher Gas Engines) and MCC before startup and operation of the natural gas processing and liquefaction plant. Operate the plant according to the shift operations supervisor instructions, coordinating field activities inline with standard operating procedure to produce LNG within Specifications. Manage and control the startup, shutdown and the operation of the LNG process plant, in the best possible technical, economic, safety and environmental conditions. Monitor the associated parameters such as temperature, pressure, level, flow, and other conditions of the LNG process equipment, adjust accordingly to ensure safety, reliability and eficiency. Troubleshoot with automation, instrument, mechanical, electrical teams to resolve equipment failure such as pumps., compressors, air cooler fans, pneumatic and manual control valves, transmitters failure and abnormal behavior Discuss and assign daily tasks to CCR operators, field operators as instructed by the operations supervisor. Prepare plant equipment for maintenance by proper isolation, to ensure safety of personnel, equipment and the environment and ensure zero energy. Activate emergency shutdown systems, deluge systems from the control room during emergency. Prepared daily production report and send to the operations supervisor and production manager.

Responsible for NGL Recovery/ Fractionation Trains control and productivity, kept operating logs, monitored process parameters such as temperature, pressure, level and flow, make adjustments when required to ensure compliance with production specification and HSE requirement.
Startup and operated LNG Loadout cryogenic pumps(Nikkiso ACD Submersible Pumps), NGL Loadout pumps, condensate loadout pumps, and adjusted associated parameters to ensure safe loading operation.

Interacted with field Operators regarding plant operational parameters, challenges during regular operations, troubleshooting, start-ups and shut- downs.

Ensured the feed stream from the final reactor is first cooled in the heat exchanger and cooled further by the air coolers.

Ensured the bottom product down the separator flows to the stabilizer column where further separation takes place.
Ensured the rich gas stream from the column is sent to the gas processing unit for further treatment to produce C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 for storage and utilization as fuel gas for other units.
Ensured the bottom product from the column is sent to the tank farm for storage where it is further used as blending stock for premium motor spirit (PMS).
