1. Over all supervision of maintenance works for facilities and the whole property as well.
2. Supervise aircon technicians for their respective assignments/works such as repair and preventive maintenance of split type air-conditioning units serving UPS rooms, monitoring of server farms and UPS room temperature and relative humidity.
3. Supervise electro-mechanical technicians for their respective tour of duty such as fiber optic / unshielded twisted pair cable pulling from telecommunication rooms / Met Me Rooms to Server Farms area, preventive maintenance of power center equipments like substation transformers, main distribution panels, Generator sets, synchronizing panels, automatic transfer switch and power center exhaust blowers.
1. Over all supervision of maintenance works for facilities and the whole property as well.
2. Supervise all technicians for their respective assignments/works.
3. Review and maintain safety procedures of the building, contingency plans and other back-up procedures.
4. Making sure that the house rules were properly implemented and all government permits are all updated.
5. Making sure of cleanliness and proper decorum of all personnel staff.
6. Initially propose new things for the improvement of the building facility/premises and its operation.
7. Prepare procurement for all the proposed and undergoing projects.
8. Prepare canvassing bid documents for every proposal or projects for the building necessities and improvements.
9. Monitor and review all preventive maintenance works of all building’s property equipment, making sure of normal operation.
10. Monitor existing/on-going renovations at the building.
11. Study and prepare projects for building improvements and beautification with minimal cost and study new approach for building’s energy conservation procedure.
12. Making sure that all personnel are in good working environment in compliance to safety regulations.
13. Making sure all local permits and certificate pertaining to engineering is updated and compliance with local officials.
14. Person in charge whenever the property manager is on leave. Supervising housekeeping, security guards and maintenance personnel for daily operations.

Electrical Panel Boards
Motor Controls
Pump Motors
Refrigerators (Freezer and Chiller Type)
2. Prepare and Monitor Preventive Maintenance Reports
• Electrical wiring repair
• Lighting installation, fabrication
• Installation of cable trays
• Lay-out power and control cables
