-Study and analyze the market in terms of rental and occupancy rates.
-Assist in the planning and organization of the organization's budget in terms of expected rental income and potential market expectations for high or low rental rates.
-Follow-up with the team for the collection of the returned cheques or transfer to the Department of Legal Affairs.
-Notify tenants of notices of contract renewal and follow-up of responses.
-Follow-up with the Service and Facilities Department on the renovation of the vacant units.
-Follow up with the Department of Administrative Services in matters related to the Ministry of Municipalities, the General Establishment for Electricity and Water.
-Preparing all the details of the lease contract in terms of the method of contracting (individual, corporate) or details of the payment and issuance of checks with the new tenants.
-Supervising the handover and the property receiving from the tenants and following up for the final settlement and the property clearance.
-Preparing renewal contracts and collecting all cheques for 36 standalone villas, 3 compounds of 73 Villas, 48 offices and 2 showrooms.
* Provides information about the units and the community to the prospective tenants and schedules visits to the community.
Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork (i.e. applications and lease agreements), Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with
tenant’s moves.

Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to the actual occupancy of the units (Residential, Commercial and retail) and maintains communication throughout the tenancy of the tenants
