• Carrying out independent research to build model input assumptions for the creation of forecasted financial statements and investment analysis;
1. macroeconomic forecasting; regressing various elements of the consumer price index.

• Creating forecasted financial statements; income statement, balance sheet and cashflow statements for project feasibility and bankability studies.
• Carrying out investment appraisal using the discounted cashflow models for proposed Students’ accommodation, 50MW solar plant, Call centre and Grid storage system.
• Sensitivity analysis to test the model and project assumptions risk for example the effect of 10% price decline on the NPV and IRR, effects on the NPV to changes in investment capital outlay.
• Equity investment valuation using discounted cashflows analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
• Conducting financial viability of companies to determine their long-term survivability.
• Presenting key findings in a clear, meaningful manner to aid decision making.
