Duties and Responsibilities: • O&M of 2G & 3G sites with Ericsson Equipment
• Integration, Troubleshooting & Software Up-gradation of NODE B (RBS 2200 series/3206, 3412)
• Troubleshooting & replacement of 3G hardware (CBU, RAXB, TXB, RUIF, FU, RU cards, VSWR, ASC, RET)
• NODE B 3206 of 3G O&M configuration, alarm handling, integration, visibility, fault tracing IAMA link restoration, second carrier upgrade, CV creation and reloading.
• Troubleshooting for RBS 2202, 2206 (900&1800), IDB creations and definition af all External Alarms.
• Troubleshooting for 3G RBS Re-integrate and package update (P7) and also following O&M.
• Troubleshootingfor E1 madia for 2G and 3G, analyze the error reporting and loop test, tracing E1.
• Ericsson equipment with GSM environment and troubleshooting internal alarm of environment, Rx diversity and VSWR as well as maintaining full capacity TRX working.
• Troubleshooting for the 2G & 3G E1's with End to End Testing from all the MW hops with loop tsting and error checking on the links at E1 & STM levels.
• Mini Link TN 6P/20P troubleshooting & Rectification of Transmission issues including LOS issues.
• Troubleshooting of Mini-Link TN Equipment such as NPU, MMU and LTU.
• MMU Capacity up-gradation and making cross connections in Minilink TN.
• Connect and follow up for RBS / MW Transmissions faults, performance degradations, troubleshoot on the live network, implement Operations and Maintenance (O&M) processes to restore the links, reduce service outages and reporting Site Visit to Ericsson.
• Conducted Auditing for Network Optimization, this included Antenna System, Site configuration, Transmission data filing, E1 tracing and routing.
