• Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
• Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
• Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues.
• Coordinate with various functions including administrative procedures and recruitment, leavers /joiner’s administration, liaison with the various departments and outside contractors, maintaining and producing reports and records.
• Handles the administrative aspect of the HR Department and provides support in the department’s functional areas, which includes on-boarding, off-boarding, employee records, employee relations and benefits administration.
• Develop & implement systems, best practices, and other optimizations in order to improve the efficiencies of the business.
• Maintain and promote a healthy working environment and Resolve any issues and promote an efficient and conflict- free workplace.
