• Executing minor capitol projects. Formulating project plans for all project phases, monitoring actual project progress against agreed plans and accordingly effecting adjustments to project plan to ensure project completion with the time/cost restraints.
• Administering an array of activities related to 3D modeling, mapping, asset tracking software and hardware.

• Served as a Consultant to Principal Architect, developed contract documents for commercial restaurants, mixed-use residential, sound-proofing and correctional dining and beds facilities.
• Worked under direct supervision of registered architects, prepared project proposal documents, concept design, architectural specifications and related execution drawings in compliance with the organizational guidelines and client requirements.
• Coordinated professional and community service projects for profit and non-profit companies.
• Developed schematic design, conducted cost analysis, code research, oversaw preparation of construction documents, specifications and material research.
• Identified and analyzed design problems, recommended architectural solutions/alternate designs for ensure smooth execution of all project activities with in the scheduled deadline.
• Proposed project bids, led contract negotiations, created detailed costing and feasibility reports for corresponding projects.
