Partner / Project Manager•Manager
I first met Kenneth Mata in 2006, when he joint B&A and in a very short period of time it became very obvious to a number of us within the Firm, that Ken's talents, as well as, his desire to absorb knowledge were unique and different from the typical young professionals of his generation. I recall that on a couple of very successful Projects for B&A, for which Ken was originally assigned, as one of the Architecture / Cad Operators, he quickly ascended to the position of Job Captain and Project Designer, by demanding additional responsibility and leadership based on sheer determination and talent. Our current loss due to economic restrains, will be someone else's gain by hiring Ken Mata for his many potential contributions, as an excellent and conscientious Designer; Organizer; Decision Maker; Coordinator; Computer Savy; Cad Manager; Young Experienced Architect and just a 'Good Guy' to have in your Team, for whatever the Task or the Deadline dictates. I obviously and full heartily recommend Ken Mata for any position that he is willing to tackle, because I'm confident that he will always make me look good.
