Sector. As a manager I held overall administrative responsibility for various assignments
and ensured that for each team the assignments was properly planned and executed and
that risks were addressed and the audit standards met, .
• For Profit Entities:- Shell Uganda Limited, Kinyara Sugar Works, Bank of Baroda, Barclays
Bank & others.
• Not for Profit Entities:- DANIDA funded projects, SIDA funded projects, USAID funded
projects, DFID funded programs related to the power sector.
• Was involved in the valuation of various entities under the privatization program.

• Began career as a trainee accountant and developed from an audit assistant to senior
auditor and then to audit manager at the Detroit, Michigan office
• Completed professional requirements and became a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
• Involved in audits of more than 30 different entities in both the private sector and the
Not-for-profit sector including Michigan State University and Pulte Homes.
