• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Visiting potential customers for new business.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your company's managers.
• This will involve contact with agencies and key decision makers over the phone and occasionally face-to-face. You will also spend time at designated shows sourcing leads and developing relationships. You will be responsible for working to set revenue targets and key performance indicators
Supervisor/Store-in-Charge
• Do and maintain all documents in processing all inter-branch transfer deliveries and damaged
• Provide excellent customer service in the sales floor
• Supervise and train staff
• Active on coming with new ideas that could provide and drive sales
• Maintain high turn-over of the store
• Analyze store performance by being commercially aware
Training Coordinator/ Asst. Mall Coordinator
• Responsible for all the trainings of new and old staff
• Conduct induction program for new employees with regards to the history, policy, brands and operation and in store procedure
• Prepare training calendars and training modules of employee’s weekly training
• Coordinate to all in charges with regards to training development of every employee
• Act as the Assistant Mall Coordinator which main responsibility is to coordinate with all the brands under our company within the mall with regards to operations issues and concern
