• Design wellsite project plans to include job design, equipment selection, and mobilization.

•Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety meetings, and the rigging up and down of Coil Tubing service line equipment
•Prepare and make-up bottom-hole assembly to coiled tubing and pull test to confirm its integrity
•Perform hydrostatic pressure testing on Blow Out Prevention Equipment (BOPE) and reels during pre/post job procedures
•Setup DAS (IWI) software and monitor well control parameters during job application real-time as well operating coiled tubing unit
•Perform and complete preventative maintenance on all Coil Tubing associated equipment
•Conduct Pre & Post Job safety meetings from time-to-time defining risks to personnel and the environment
•Perform safe mechanical lifting and rigging operations during the delivery of services in accordance with Customer's design and KPI's
•Promote excellent Customer relations at the worksite
•Utilizes real-time data under dynamic job conditions communicating results to appropriate personnel on location
•Ensure jobs/tasks correctly performed, having minimal impact upon the viability of the organization
•Maintain general housekeeping, clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job
•Mentor peers and trains Operator Assistants.
