Manage the procurement activities including international and local procurement of a broad range of commodities and services.

Ensure timely preparation of procurement plans for the projects and monitor their The implementation

Managing and Monitoring the procurement process for key projects, ensuring procurement is cost effective, timely, efficient and compliant with Country regulations

Processing local and international purchasing orders in line with operational need and project budget

Responsible for all the incoming and outgoing purchases of the company

Coordinating with freight agents for arranging of all import and export for Projects

Responsible for all shipments from Dispatching to arrival and delivery on time to projects / company

Organizing transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule

Review freight rates (air, courier, and land) and comparing it with freight forwarders for low rates In order to comply with Project budget and cost saving

Reviewing Tender documents and preparing Technical /Commercial documents for Tender submissions

Prepare project organization and communication charts

Prepare on hand project completion reports and handing over documents for final invoicing of projects.

Assist PM’s as and when required with advise for freight rates to help prepare BOQ’s
