• Ensures that proper troubleshoots being carried out for the proper functioning of all apparatus, devices and other electronic systems
• Assists in customer’s initial requests and in fulfilling his/her needs
• Ensures each customer is welcomed into the store in a warm and genuinely sincere manner
• Monitors inventory level versus sales to determine how more products to be ordered
• Responsible for proper product displays within the store
• Monitors and manages the availability of stock
