1. Administrative Support: Assist the Principal in managing the day-to-day
administrative tasks of the school, such as coordinating schedules, organizing
meetings, and maintaining school records.
2. Discipline and Behavior Management: Help maintain a positive and orderly
learning environment by enforcing school policies, addressing disciplinary
issues, and working with students, teachers, and parents to resolve behavioral
problems.
3. Curriculum Development and Implementation: Collaborate with teachers and
curriculum coordinators to develop, implement, and evaluate the school's
educational programs, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and
educational goals.
4. Staff Supervision and Evaluation: Oversee the performance of teaching and
non-teaching staff, conduct evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support their professional development through mentoring, coaching, and
training.
5. Student Support and Guidance: Support the academic and personal growth
of students by providing counseling, guidance, and resources. Assist in
developing and implementing strategies to meet the diverse needs of students,
including those with special educational requirements.
6. Parent and Community Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with
parents, guardians, and the wider community by organizing and attending
meetings, events, and workshops. Act as a liaison between the school and the
community to promote collaboration and mutual support.
7. Safety and Emergency Preparedness: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders
to develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and
crisis management procedures to ensure the well-being of students, staff, and
visitors.
8. Budget and Resource Management: Assist in the development and
management of the school's budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources,
and making recommendations for improving resource allocation.
9. Curriculum Supervision and Evaluation: Observe classroom instruction,
provide feedback to teachers, and collaborate with them to enhance
instructional practices, improve student outcomes, and maintain high academic
standards.
10. School Events and Activities: Participate in the planning and organization of
school events, extracurricular activities, and programs that contribute to the
overall school culture and promote student engagement.
