My role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. I am responsible for implementing and enforcing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and verifying that all aspects of the project comply with industry regulations and client specifications.
- Develop project-specific quality control plans.
- Define quality standards and performance criteria for the work.
- Prepare, approve and follow all ITPs (Inspection test plan) and JMS (Job Method Statement) for the various works.
- Follow the QA/QC procedures of subcontractors and suppliers.
-Carry out regular inspections at construction sites to ensure work complies with specifications and standards.
-Check the quality of materials used to ensure they meet standards.
-Identify defects, non-conformities or quality problems, and Implement corrective actions
-Maintain detailed records of all inspections, tests performed and results obtained.
-Prepare quality reports for management and clients.
-Ensure that all work complies with applicable local, national and international regulations.
-Train construction personnel in quality control procedures and quality standards.
-Propose improvements to optimize construction processes and improve the quality of future projects.
- Estimate, request and truck all the precast and steel works.
- Schedule, request and assist all laboratory tests.
Attend daily meetings, discuss progress and obstacles that may affect work quality.
Approve, request and verify compliance of all necessary equipment and materials.
Ensure final necessary revisions of documentation and execution drawings.
-Prepare of daily and monthly reports and all associated HANDOVERs by GOC system.
My primary role is to establish and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure that all construction processes and products meet or exceed industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory specifications. I play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Train staff in quality management, procedures and good practices.
- Raise employee awareness of the importance of quality in their daily work
- Ensure that all departments within the organization understand and follow these procedures
- Prepare the organization for certification audits

- Manage, control conformities on projects and analyze non-conformities.
- Preparation of all ITPs and JMS for the various works.
- Offers alternative solutions which make it possible to obtain a better yield without affecting the quality of the work.

- Prepare the NOIs (Notice Of Inspection) Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports of the work and the inspections that we have carried out.
- Check the quality of construction materials used to ensure that they meet standards.
- Schedule and assist with all laboratory tests: pile compression test, concrete compression test, density test, plate load test, ultrasonic test.

- Provide a final commissioning report and participate in the customer project acceptance process.
- Preparation of the HANDOVER of all the packages produced and finished
-Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule.
