Responsible to perform financial functions related to the collection, recording, analysis and presentation of financial
operations.
Responsible for recording revenues and collection posting as per assigned vessels/entities
Timely recording of financial invoices and manual payments arranged by client.
Preparing monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reports and Financial Statements.
Analyze and record vessel operating expenses, crew-related expenses, business transactions and other posting
instructions from client.
Perform bank accounts reconciliation and work with the Group Finance/Treasury for verification and posting of
reconciling items.
Assist in Payroll Cycle.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and
company accounting and financial guidelines.
Perform accounts reconciliation, account clearing (vendor, customer and balance sheet items), verification and
resolving discrepancies/open items (GL & SL).
Provide reports as per requirement of client and/or other concern parties and ensure adherence to client’s
accounting reporting policies and procedures.
Lead VAT filing and other tax requirements.
Assist in account settlement and auditing.
Arranging periodical aging review meetings and explain the details to the management.
Visit the contractual and potential clients to maintain good relationship and for having swift actions on pending
outstanding balances.
Assist with other accounting projects.
Ensuring all the Invoices are timely settled with the Agents and Suppliers as per the agreed payment terms.

Prepare final disbursement accounting of shipping (Dry
cargo, Offshore and tanker), air fright/sea fright department
jobs.
• Preparing container FDA, fright account statement, voyage
account statement, stevedoring invoices etc.
• Booking of journal vouchers, bank payment vouchers, cash
payment vouchers, bank receipt vouchers.
• Assist senior in providing comments/clarification to HO queries.

• Ensuring all incoming and outgoing payments
• All local and international customs related documentation and processing tasks.
• Co-ordination with overseas shippers with respect to freight calculations
• Maintaining shipment clearance reports.
• Advising local Clients with regard to customs and Municipality regulations.
• Preparing bank reconciliation statement.
• Maintaining ledger, Bills and stationery

Responsibilities:
➢• Maintaining the general ledger, creating journal entries and posting the same.
• Handling of Petty cash, prepare the vouchers & posting the same after the approvals from management.
• Checking and Booking the Supplier invoices and preparing their payments in Due Dates. Tracking of advance payment of supplier with reconciliation.
• Preparing Invoices for customers export and local, preparing receipts and passing in system accordingly. Reconciliation of customer statement of account with their statement
