¥ To lead team of 44 Associates and 6 department in-charges.
¥ Responsible for store meeting the corporate budget, operating expense, sales Top line and bottom line employee welfare and expense.
¥ Responsible for store setup, installation, functional features for store equipment and system with mall management.
¥ integration with internal customers (Retail, store planning & Visual Merchandiser) and external customers (consumer) to achieve company objective.
¥ Regularly track competitors activities and consumer needs to incorporate the same in the store.
¥ Track the past history of sale GOLY and to make the plan accordingly.
¥ Responsible for inventory management, shrinkage and pilferage prevention.
Training the subordinates in retail selling skills and imparting product knowledge
• Responsible and to lead the team of 11 fun consultant.
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales for concerned section;
• Analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning for concerned section
• Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
• Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues;
• Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
• Initiating changes to improve the business,
• Dealing with sales, as and when required.
Responsible and to lead the team of 10 sales advisor.
Accountable for achieving sale target category wise top line, bottom-line & contributions.
Accountable for in warding and out warding of stock through SAP.
Accountable for to do the Daily MIS Like Daily Sales Report, weekly sales Report, Monthly Sales Report, comparisons report departments wise.
Accountable to keep tracking on hot seller and dead moving stock.
Planning inventory levels of different products and ensuring replenishments in planned manner.
Tracking of daily POS productivity reports.
Tracking on team performance on daily basis.
Retrieve data related to the customer feedback on products
Accountable to control shrinkage, defective and negative products of the store.
Directly accountable to the Store Management.
Responsible for cashier profile.
Assist manager and accountant with weekly reporting and banking.
Stock management - restocking sizes from the stockroom, assisting with inventory stocktakes.
Assist Manager with tasks including ordering stock from the warehouse, training new staff members, working out weekly rosters, merchandising new season stock, banking, resolving staff conflicts, theft prevention and was in charge of store when the manager was not on duty.
Accountable for stock management like inwarding and outwarding of stock through SAP .
Accountable to maintain the store VM standard.
