Responsibilities.

•Handling entire operation activities of the assigned outlet.
•Managing Stock & Inventory.
•Revised security strategies based on analysis of nightly loss prevention audit, preventing annual loss.
•Product presentation, Visual merchandising and display in the stores to be at desired levels.
•Repositioned store entry merchandising and display.
•Managing a team of sales executives.
•To ensure that products are displayed and advertised in accordance with the specifications.

•To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and margin targets.
•Maintain acceptable levels of housekeeping in the stores.
•Handling customer grievances and maintain customer relationship.
•Inventory management, shrinkage control, ensure minimal pilferage and damage to material, coordination with logistics and supply chain team to ensure stock availability to customer at all times.
•Subordinate development, training and performance management of the team.
