As a Test Manager, I was accountable for driving, planning, designing and providing end -to-end Functional testing, automation testing and performance testing for BNP Paribas applications and consulting verticals. As a part for people management, I drove the testing team recruitment, interfaced with the development/BA team and devised and implemented test processes
