Total des années d'expérience :5 years, 9 Mois
I manage the office of RMF's Executive Director (ED): Member of the Lebanese Parliament and presidential candidate Michel Moawad. I also facilitate key tasks by coordinating his operations — and leading the communication process with Embassies, United Nations entities, International NGOs, local NGOs, and international development agencies.
I am an effective organizer, which is why I coordinate programs with national and international stakeholders, and direct the ED's staff.
Managed and coordinated the following 4 programs/projects aiming at increasing female leaders and voices in political decision-making across the National Government, the Lebanese Parliament, and Municipalities:
Managed The NYOU Parliament: a program supported by the Netherlands Embassy in Beirut. This program aims at increasing female representation in the Lebanese parliament, and creating a non-sectarian female political environment.
Managed Stronger with Women: a program supported by the British Embassy in Beirut, organized in collaboration with Global Partners Governance - GPG. It aimed at increasing female political leaders and female voices in political decision-making across the Lebanese government and municipalities.
Coordinated Women of Expertise and Achievements: a project done with Besme NGO to highlight ladies with expertise and their achievements in the political field, and the public or private sectors.
Coordinated Women for Beirut initiative: a post-disaster project launched in response to the August 4 Beirut explosion to help directly displaced families and individuals in need.
USEK's Student Affairs Office (SAO) mission is to provide the finest place that advances students' success, help them with any problem and involve them in all campus activities.
I was responsible of the R&D operations at the SAO. Hence, I participated in the conceptualization of the first-ever USEK Student Representatives Council in 2019, and the coordination of the university PUMA Hannibal Race.
I represented USEK at the Political Participation and Decision Making Forum that was organized by 2 UN entities: OHCHR and ESCWA - and was a speaker at the 2019 USEK Commencement ceremony.
Graduated with Honors. Studied and assessed new dynamics at play in the Middle East, including the role of UN entities; INGOs; NGOs; international development agencies; media; and regional powers.
Studied national politics, and implemented projects related to internal political issues intended for public or private life (political parties, associations, and NGOs).
