• Focuses on tech industries, try to develop existing insurance products to be placed in nowadays situation. Moreover, develop new products and collaborate with other resources needed
• Create a sales plan including a broad map of targeted industries and set up priorities for selecting which company should go first. And evaluate existing clients to offer up-sell or cross-sell.
• Understanding insurance business flow. Experience to manage cross-function departments. It includes offering the clients’ partnership business model, setting up the product with the underwriting team, and establishing claim infrastructure (API) with IT and claim team. At last, maintain the business to be profitable.
• Maintain clients and acquire new prospects, establishing a strong relationship with existing clients by keep providing and collecting information about the latest product or new business prospect. And also joining many events such as construction exhibition and construction association in order to be up to date with industries’ current condition
• Project Management, ensure end to end business process from acquiring clients, negotiate until close the deal. Moreover, had an interaction with other departments such as service dept, finance debt, and legal dept in order to match company’s policy and customer’s need.
• Regular Report to Principles, analyze market share based on current demand, competitors and also product development. Had a collaboration with marketing department to collect the data. And every quarter had to present/report to principle from japan. Moreover, accompany the principle while they visited the company, whether it was visiting customer or joining events.
