Managing all aspects of daily, weekly and monthly MIS for management of Wireless Business which included data gathering, analysis and report preparation
Preparing all India Revenue, Gross OTAF, tertiary, Churn, Pulsing base and Net adds report for 22 circles and all India level for PREPAID, POSTPAID, CORPORATE and PCO. Analysis of data collated. Monitor performance of the various circles. Developing new ideas which will improve the process.

Prepare accounts pack and corporate pack on a monthly basis which includes Budget v/s Actual Income
