- Liaise with disciplines and vendors on close-out requirements.
- Provide end user with training on operation and maintenance of various MEP equipment in coordination with the suppliers/manufacturers.
- Prepare the project closeout documents as per the Client Requirements
- Hamad Port Project (also known as New Port Project)
- Project Package NPP0047: Centralised Customs Inspection Area (CCIA)- The CCIA package comprises the design and construction of all infrastructure, utility (including utility buildings) and buildings located on a plot to the north of the new port basin.
- Review Contractor’s proposed sub contractor(s) associated with the engineering works from a technical standpoint.
- In conjunction with the document controller, ensure that the filing/logging of the MEP documentation is undertaken in line with the project handbook and continually monitor the same.
- Review Contractor’s mechanical material proposals against specified technical performance requirements and advise the Construction Manager on the appropriateness of the proposals.
- Coordinate with the suppliers for ordering and delivery of the materials.

-- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information.
-- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers;
-- Planning and organizing sales call schedule.

-- Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
-- Responsible for Annual Service contracts of WIRTGEN Group Products- Rollers and Pavers.
-- Provide high level technical support to customers at their location;
-- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;
-- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults;
-- Diagnosing breakdown problems;
-- Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs along with technician;
-- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs;
-- Develop Service technical documentation;
-- Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
INTERNSHIP TRAINING: Undergone 2 weeks of internship at AL MALKHI TRADING AND CONTRACTING CO, Qatar for YORK. Training imparted in the following technical areas: •Diagnose problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning / refrigeration systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and replacement needs. •Install heating/air conditioning/refrigeration equipment and systems (e.g. coils, pumps, controls, electric motors, etc.) for the purpose of providing comfort inside facilities. •Prepare written materials (e.g. filter inventory, work orders, bids, equipment inventory, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written support and/or conveying information •Transport various items (e.g. tools, equipment, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at job site. Undergone 2 weeks of internship at MANWEIR W.L.L, Qatar Training imparted to exposure towards: •Overhaul/repair/re-certification of pressure control systems & instrumentation; •Operation of various machining centers (conventional & CNC); •Maintenance requirements of workshop machine tools; •Fabrication shop activities including study of layout of jobs, fabrication, welding methods, documentation, document control, etc.; •HSE, Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures and inspections ACADEMIC PROJECTS: •Hardware Project: Fabrication of Universal Bike Stand Project involved design and fabrication of a universal bike stand that is portable and easy to manufacture. •Design Project: Stress and Thermal Analysis of leaf spring using ANSYS Project involved designing leaf springs using composite material and study the thermal and stress induced with different loads. The designing of the leaf spring was done in SOLIDWORKS. The thermal and stresses induced where analyzed using ANSYS. •Final year project : Conditional monitoring of ball bearing using soft computing skills In this project, condition monitoring of a ball bearing was done. A new combination of algorithms was proposed and verified. Condition monitoring was done by conversion of the whole data collection into features of mathematical prominence that are used in various data mining algorithms to get a clear and easy indication in the bearings' fault location. ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES •Participated in 2nd International Conference on Advances in Mechanical, Manufacturing and Building Sciences (ICAMB) 2012. •Participated in the Workshop in SCOPES’12, a National Symposium organized by IEEE-PES in 2012. EVENT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES •Worked as Indoor Events Manager for ProLIFE MARATHON in Annual Cultural Fest of University, Riviera’14. •Worked as a Committee Manager for Purchase and Sales Committee in for International Technical Knowledge Carnival, Gravitas 2013. •Worked as Committee coordinator for Purchase committee in Annual Cultural Fest of University, Riviera’13 CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES •Volunteered in National Service Scheme (NSS) in Tamil Nadu, India. •Volunteered for RUN THE WORLD FESTIVAL 2013 in General Logistics Department. •Participated as Country Delegate in various Model United Nations (MUN) held in Kochi and Tamil Nadu.
