• Led communications through a corporate manslaughter trial (second in NHS
history; second-longest jury deliberation in UK court history)
• Supported the transfer of £30m+ service contracts to new organisations as
part of major service transformation programmes
• Led communications during periods of new government scrutiny and large-
scale financial recovery activity, including a 50% reduction in corporate
workforce
• Developed and delivered the organisation’s first co-produced strategy
