Responsible for the total operation of the Plant from receipt of raw steel, through the fabrication processes, painting and delivery to site. Management responsibility for 1000 employees achieving 40, 000t / yr generating revenue in excess of 300m AED. Responsibilities include tender reviews, health and safety management/initiatives, product development and ensuring that all contract schedules and commercial targets are achieved.

Responsible for specifying and managing the implementation of three new Manufacturing Plants in India, Qatar and Abu Dhabi to increase EBS manufacturing capability to 200, 000t per year. Unfortunately these were placed on hold in 2009 due to the market downturn.

During 2008/9 we managed to secure higher added value projects such as Dubai Metro stations, heavy lift cranes for EMAL and the new Tripoli Airport in Libya ( 200m AED)
