• Managing a national team of designers and estimators, providing high level input into multimillion dollar
developments ranging from mining and resource, hospitals, schools, office complexes and multi-level
housing.
• Providing leadership and direction to the team, but also to the company as a whole.
• Provide hands on design outcomes, assessing and approving costing's and designs, project management of jobs, contract administration and risk assessment
• Daily management of business requirements.
• Designing from concept through to construction attached Class 1a dwellings and Class 2 apartment

Key Tasks;
• Managed design department across Queensland and Western Australian operations, to ensure timely
delivery of working documentation issued to all sub-consultants, clients and factory for construction.
• Provided design consultancy for one off buildings and camp/village design for new mining camps.
• Identified gaps in products and provided new designs for inclusion in standard product range.
• Led design staff to excel in design outcomes, and managed documentation control and construction issues to provide continued learning and a stimulating environment.
• Provided exit strategies for the operation in Perth.
