Reporting to Guest service manager /chief concierge
Receiving all incoming calls
Recording messages for guests and passing them to the guests
Answering any queris regarding hotel amenities and places of tourist intrests
Keeping information aides like, road maps, time tables, hotel guides, city bronchures.
Helping guests to confirm airlines bookings, tours and reservations
Cordinating with bell boys, door man and captains to page well with guests in the hotel
Developing contacts with city services, e.g Hotels, Airlines, Tours, Restaurants, Couriers etc inorders to serve guests well and meet their needs as well as anticipation and fullfillment to create memorable experiences
Reporting to Food and beverage manager/supervisor
Managing the staff within a shift and Ensuring smooth flow of F&B service.
Responsible for accurate management of all transactions during the service.
Inspecting table set-up; checking for cleanliness and hygiene complying with departmental standards and health and safety regulations.
Assisting the manager to provide effective leadership to the team and ensuring that briefing sessions are held prior to each service, covering menu knowledge and sales promotions.
Dealing with any member queries in an appropriate manner. Evaluating levels of member/guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ensuring consistent customer service standards are delivered in every area.
Liaiseing with the Culinary and other departments to facilitate service.
Creating memorable moments to guest by wowing them thus creating guest for life.
Reporting to F&B supervisor/Manager on duty, Welcoming guest with kind and genuine smile, Informing guests on daily specials, Taking orders of food and beverage from guest, Serving guest with food and drinks, double checking the guest taste of the food and solving problem where necessary before informing managers, In charge of cash tills and checks, Receiving internal and external calls for All day dining restaurant, Exceeding guest expectation by offering excellent customer service
