• Responsible for managing and configuring desktops/laptops with Operating Systems, along with required software applications and security access.

• Installation of all business related application & software for end users

• Manage, maintain and monitor status and activities of all Users for the following:
Email Application - MS Exchange 2007/2013, Network Printers for printing and scanning
Shared Drive Access from File Server, Antivirus Application - EScan Antivirus
VPN Access for site users to access Outlook exchange, Shared Drive etc.
• Create and maintain user profile and email accounts as per standard policy of IT for User creation. (Adding / deleting / modifying user account information and resetting password).

• Create Analytical Reports on Power BI for Management

• Create policies, summaries and analyses IT issues.

• Provide IT Welcome Kit Induction training

• Managing IT Assets & Equipment’s, Documenting the IT Assets inventory

• Manage telecommunication contracts, bills of organization and be a direct contact with the ISP to facilitate the needs of organization

• Management of all the telephone devices & SIM’s in the organization

• Handle, manage and configure Windows Operating Systems and printer for all Domain Users. Render daily backup of data thru media tapes

• Ensure workstations are always online on to the Company’s network system.

• Evaluate & recommend in troubleshooting network systems and connectivity.

• Ensure the use of updated IT tools and applications for administration and management of computers and other IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any technical issues on computer system and other related issues.

• Be proactive to attend to all queries and provide the requirements of users and management.

• To be able to successfully handle assignments, projects and priorities

• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and application and recommend for Company’s use if possible

• PDA (Personal Digital Assistance) troubleshooting, Managing, monitoring & supervising the PDA users
• Training users on PDA & Business application used in the company
• Participate in special projects and any other activities required to support the successful functioning of the organization, as and when requested.

Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed.
* Support the Facilities Manager with external contacts as needed.
* Planning/scheduling preventative/reactive maintenance. (Hard & Soft FM)
* Maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work
orders, and maintenance history of equipment. Prepare monthly Maintenance reports.
* Manages a team of outsourced maintenance contractors and ensures that maintenance
contractors are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance
program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost Effective manner.
* Be responsible for the testing of fire alarms, emergency lighting etc. on a routine basis as
required by local authorities and Fire Service.
* Be available to initiate emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours, as
required for: full power failure, evacuation fire system reset and / or failure of mechanical
systems etc.
* Carry out holistic portfolio survey to assess Office units for remedial maintenance, supervise
refurbishment / mini project works and prepare reports as requested
* Handling day to day queries related to facility management and arranging for proper fixes
* Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising
administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash,
courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, etc.
* Monitors and reviews progress of contractual agreements, checks invoices for payment,
resolves any problems that arise, performs post contract evaluations, creates and maintains
procurement records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
* Prepare purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and
supplies, send them to the suppliers
* Provide administrative support to the Facilities team.
