Procurement & Supply
• Ensuring procurement needs are met and compliant with the organization’s Finance Policy, internal controls, procurement best practices and supporting policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures to achieve the goals of fair, open and transparent procurement opportunities.
• Liaises with management and internal departments to develop procurement and contract documents including revision of Instructions to Bidders as appropriate for the procurement, to review specifications and revise as appropriate, to assist with developing criteria for evaluating submissions, responding to vendor inquiries, and evaluating submissions.

• Developing and maintaining the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
• Analyzing and recommending costs and cost savings, preparing and complete internal cost audits and complying with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
• Analyzing any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost also analyzing manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Making estimates of new and proposed product costs and provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
• Conducting physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.
