Coordination between Electrical consultants, Electrical contractor & Customer for project execution
AMC and Preventive Maintenance and Timely reporting of UPS, DC System, Inverter, Stabilizers
Organize plan and coordinate between vendors during project execution
Installation, commissioning, Testing and Startup of UPS/ DC/ Battery System/ PFC System
Timely handing Over the Project with proper report.
Assisting sales team to prepare the BOQ, Room layout & Site requirements, Compliance details for new sales order
Meeting with End Customers, Consultants, EPC, MEP Contractors to generate inquiries.
Reading & Understanding Customer Inquiry/ Tender documents.
Preparation of inquiries for components to be procured from outside.
Preparations of Techno-Commercial offer and Technical Submittals as per requirement.
Submit complete detailed Techno-Commercial offer to End Customers, Consultants, EPC, MEP Contractors etc.
Meeting with Clients to follow-ups, solving their queries regarding project and get their purchase orders on our submitted offer.
Preparing project related or Tender related documentation. And handle Pre and post tendering activities with the client.
Installation, Commissioning & Startup of UPS, Battery Charger Systems including Battery Banks, Inverter, Stabilizer, VFD, Solar Inverter etc.
Responsible for interaction with customers for various UPS service requirements.
Troubleshooting of UPS Systems & Battery Chargers at customer sites.
Reporting directly to Managing Director of the company.
Installation, Commissioning & Startup of Commercial & Industrial UPS incl. Battery Banks.
Bring new customers and maintain relations with existing customers.
Service calls including AMC, Testing and performance tuning of UPS installations
Responsible for interaction with customers for various service levels.
Submit Preventive maintenance suggestions and reports to customer.
Maintaining Commissioning and Service Records.
Troubleshooting of UPS System & Battery Chargers at customer sites.
Installation, Commissioning & Startup of Inverters, UPS and Battery Banks.
Submit Preventive maintenance suggestions and reports to customer.
Tackle customer complain and resolve it.
