Handles the Technical & Service related queries of the Customers of Bharti Airtel Network.
* To maintain & update the Report to the Client about the Status of Customer’s issue.
* To Report the Customer’s query to Supervisor Department if the issue was Critical or
Emergency.
* The Updates need to share with the customer in detail & also to the team and make customer
happy in resolving their issue.
* To report the customer’s requirements to client, where the respective customer and the other
customers can be benefitted
Pursued Ful time (4 Years) Bachelor of Engineering in the Stream of Electronics & Communication Engineering from Proudadevaraya Institute of Technology, Hosapete, Karnataka affiliated under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, Karnataka., with the total aggregate of 60.66%. PROJECT HANDLED: PICK & PLACE ROBOT using WIRELESS CAMERA, Full-time project work completed in the final year with 8 months of duration in the academic institution. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To Pick & Place the object from one location to another location. To maintain the soft grip for the object to hold, rubbered arms have been used. Conveyor belted wheels has been used for rough surface drives. Wireless Camera has been arranged at the front of the Robot which can be monitored in Television. Entire Mechanism can be controlled by using Android Mobile. Infra-Red (IR) Sensor has been arranged at the front to identify the obstacle in its path, and the obstacle can be seen in Television with Wireless front Camera. Temperature Sensor has been used to know its Temperature at its Location, and the Temperature can be seen in the Mobile. The bond between the Robot Mechanism & the Android Device has maintained by Bluetooth Connectivity. The bond between the Robot Mechanism & the Android Device can be manipulated by Connectivity Techniques like Bluetooth for less distance, Wi-Fi for more distance & Radio Frequency (RF) for very long distance. MicroController 80C51 has used & Embedded - C coding has been written. AWARDS: PICK & PLACE ROBOT using WIRELESS CAMERA Project has been Presented in 6th - NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON INFORMATION SCIENCE (NCIS) - 2015, & has Awarded the "BEST PAPER PRESENTATION" Award in School of Information Science (SoIS), Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal University, Manipal, Karnataka, India. And the Project is the preceding of 6th - National Conference on Information Science - 2015. EVENT COORDINATOR: ROBOTICS WORKSHOP, International Robotics Championship, Organised by ROBOSAPIENS India Pvt. Ltd., In association with Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) - Delhi, Active Coordinator in National Level Workshop in the academic institution Proudadevaraya Institute of Technology, Hosapete, Karnataka, which has been given to the Zonal Center for the Workshop. Active member & coordinator for the Tech Fests & Other Events.
Pursued 2 Years full time ( Class - XI & XII ) Intermediate Education in the Stream of Mathematics, Physic & Chemistry in Ushodaya Jr. Kalasala, Hyderabad affiliated to Board of Intermediate Education, AP. with 83.70% in English Medium.
Pursued Class - X (English Medium) from Siddhartha High School, Vanasthalipuram, Htderabad, affiliated to Board of Secondary Education, AP, with 76.80%.
