Spearhead overall operations of fit-out project management and joinery projects comprising governmental buildings, resorts,
restaurants, shops, prestigious villas, etc.
• Oversee the planning and scheduling activities in developing project plans according to the allocated budget and time frame.
• Manage the allocation of resources and site mobilizations and organize the first kick-off meeting with a client.
• Intervene in key decisions on materials procurement and subcontracting activities, especially in view of risk & cost factors.
• Ensure all systems and procedures are in place at all stages of the projects and are strictly adhered to smooth passage of
projects.
• Monitor closely the projects progress to identify any expected deviation to take the necessary corrective actions and efficiently
manage timely closure of all overruns of time and cost.
• Ensure client and consultant interface with the project management team is responsive and productive for the best interest of
the project objectives.
• Review all the periodic reports received, and consolidate the performance report to advise the Senior Management &
stakeholders on the progress, outlining the efficiency and productivity of the activities and providing feedback to identify and
manage snags
• Facilitate and ensure timely submission & approval of material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, quality plans,
etc.
• Oversee contractors’ performance towards quality, cost, and the timeline program, ensure strict adherence to safety rules and
the agreed contract conditions and specifications of their scope of work
• Engage QA/QC function to inspect material and construction quality and manage timely closeout of non-conformances.
• Work with client engineers in detailed planning and scheduling of site programs
• Provide input to construction estimates as required, review design documents & provide constructability input to designs.
• Supervise interior finishing work activities and ensure alignment with other disciplines
