3. Identify business opportunities in existing and new markets
4. Provide guidance and support throughout the whole process
5. Share best practices and lessons learned across all departments
6. Review strategic landscape outside the organization
7. Develop marketing strategies to promote products and services
8. Develop, upgrade and review strategy and project management
processes, operating procedures and systems
9. Close gaps between crafting and implementing strategy
10. Assist in executing strategy and providing training

1. Develop timelines and milestones for project monitoring, project progress and completion
2. Manage budgets for projects, including allocating funds to staff members as needed
3. Coordinate meetings between team members, clients, and other stakeholders
4. Manage project documentation, work plans, budgets, schedules, and status reports
5. Coordinate with outside vendors as needed to ensure that all equipment is available
6. Maintain contact with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of the project
7. Manage team members’ time and workloads to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
8. Manage budgets for projects, including allocating funds to staff members as needed

1. Analyze data and reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
2. Promote quality assurance for all processes impacting revenue
3. Create executive-level reporting with 100% accuracy and advanced-level presentation
4. Partner with all departments to implement best practices to minimize revenue leakage
5. Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams
6. Perform data manipulation and analysis using various tools and software applications
7. Reconcile activity between network elements and billing monitor collection processes
8. Create and support ongoing initiatives as well as ad-hoc reports as required
