Technical Support Engineer-Lighting& Home Automation field
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Analyzing costs and sales.
• responsible about the external procurement and the logistic issues.
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
• Designing systems and products.
• Preparing a Lighting calculation & Study.
• Researching suitable solutions, estimating costs and timescales.
• Making a Mockups to get the approval from the consultants and clients.
• Recording, analyzing and interpreting tests data
Day to day management of site including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
and monitoring the work of any sub-contractors.
* Daily reporting to the Project Manager regarding the progress achieved at site.
* Material Management at site.
* Checking the drawings and details and ensure that the approved documents are in
conformity with site conditions.
* Coordinate amongst various contractors and ensure that the works are carried out
smoothly.
