Role focused on the health sector, connecting Hays's candidates to clients looking for shift covers. Dealing with last minute cancellations, COVID situations and introducing new candidates to the company. Role was based on inbound calls and keeping up with short wait times. Dealt with candidate satisfaction and complaints from both candidates and clients to make sure they could work together well in the future.
