Duties:
*Call centre for inbound calls for the school’s five branches besides receiving calls for other companies like Acacia.
*Costumer Service, to do surveys with parents and make statistics to rate the service level during scholar year also do surveys with Acacia clients to rate their landscaping and planting services.
*Admin assistant, which is to take and accept any requested task from any admin in the school which needs a call whether calling a parent to request her or him needed thing in school l, reminding them for any event or activity handled in the school or to follow up with complaint, calling candidates to set an interview with them, etc.
Duties:
*Worked as a receptionist then floor coordinator in Gynaecology and IVF clinic with Dr. Mustapha Tomsu.
*Had an experience in insurance companies as GIG and Glob med.
Duties:
*Call Centre Agent receiving incoming clients calls and take their tasks.
*Operation department where we follow up with client’s tasks and delivery men flow during the day.
*Office works like setting a system to organize company’s papers, contract, bills, … etc.
*Give training to new employees in the company in how to deal with clients, how to use CRM system and job details.
*Receiving the safe from the previous shift and make sure of paid and received cash whether it is from clients or messengers.
Now studying English and literature in Arab Open University
