• Assisted Accountants with financial analysis of actual projected expenses
• Process EFT and receivables functions (Invoicing and bills), payroll, ensuring timely collections and resolution of outstanding accounts
• Financial reporting, foreign accounts, general ledger and analysis
• Assisted with audit preparation
• Maintained integrity and confidentiality
• Foreign Currency Transactions into bank accounts, calculation of variance and adjustments

• Preparation of personal tax returns for Australian Tax Office
• Provided administrative and clerical services when required
• Arranged and assisted with the organisation of meetings, including that taking of minutes, preparing agendas etc
• Processed relevant data and maintaining information that is used for the preparation of Legislated FBT and GST taxation returns
• Courteously responding to telephone calls and enquiries by providing relevant and accurate information, or appropriately referring enquirers to other officers and/or relaying accurate messages
