Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution and supervision of all Sexual and Reproductive Health activities in collaboration with medical colleagues.
Contribute to the development and updates of annual project plans, including emergency interventions.
Monitor the quality of care provided at hospitals according to MoPH standards.
Alert medical managers about any serious issues or complications, coordinating referrals for pregnant women as needed to optimize resource management and maintain quality of care.
Assist field doctors and nurses as required, especially in complicated deliveries or sexual violence cases, ensuring proper follow-up for newborns and referral to the Extended Program on Immunization.
Manage midwife and maternity staff, overseeing HR processes to enhance capabilities and ensure adequate staffing and knowledge levels.
Supervise the implementation of infection prevention and control protocols to maintain healthcare quality and prevent infections due to staff errors.
