Plan and act according to the briefing received from the Supervisor and Airline on various functions to be performed as per the required procedures for handling specific flights.
Ensure that the equipment at the designated work area (check-in / boarding gates / transfer desks) is functional before starting the flights and any faults are reported promptly. Maintain safety and security by consistently applying the Company’s Safety Policy and security standard while executing the duties.

Handle Babel CLF flights by Thai Airways and various MACS flights by different airlines going to various destinations and sectors.
Empathetic and listen to the needs of the customer in a polite, friendly and cheerful manner, providing them with accurate information as appropriate. Whenever problem occurs, as a team we calm the situation and correct the problems quickly.
Check service ability equipment and ensure that all required stationaries are available and are in a good working condition. Scan the flights by checking the book load and flight status also check for contingency plan in case of flight over booking or delay.
Meet and welcome client from the airport, Assist client/tourist to various hotels, arrange and provide transport services to clients, organize tours and safari for clients/tourist
Manage different software’s for design and drafting of pipe supports in accordance with engineering codes of practice and company procedures
Generate pre-defined reports and manipulation into an MS office based format for example MS excel or MS access as applicable.
Provide engineering support to other piping engineers and designers.
Liaise with other Piping Engineers and designers in the execution of the work.
Registering of internal and external documents
Maintain document control register for incoming and outgoing project
Maintain document for transmittal process for project document
Scanning, creation of CD's and file manipulation
Filing and archiving of document to facilitate easy retrieval at a latter date
